I've been knocking out #EdTech certifications today, the first day of summer break. So far I've done Clever Teacher and Trainer and ParentSquare's Teacher 101.

I plan to get the #GCE stuff done again this summer (it's expired.) Anything else I should be doing?

I may hit up some CodeHS programming certifications and some actual Cybersecurity ones if they don't cost too much.

@memory Or, you know, they could do the right thing and actually productize GCP/GCE in a way that made it not feel like some college kids weekend long bender project - and fix bugs, tighten up documentation, instrument it properly, and, you know, make it a real toolset that's attractive, stable, consistent, and useful.

Currently running some test apps on Heroku. I almost went down #yakshaving rabbit hole with Google Cloud.

It was the usual train of thought. "Paying Heroku would cost X, I can get that same performance much cheaper in GCE, and probably run some other containers as well. Oh wait, orchestration, but I can roll my own #PaaS with..."

Time is more valuable than money. You can always make more money, you can't make more time.
