Grand Central Madison(GCM), the project formerly known as East Side Access will be opening soon. And here’s a sign to prove it. GCM must be NYC’s biggest mass transit in decades (since the 1930s?): eight tracks and four platforms, a tunnel under the East River, and lots of track work in Queens.
