Cool packing tech out of Samsung in terms of graphics memory. Called GDDR6W, it's the idea of a 2x "stack" (think HBM) of their current 24Gbps dies on a single package, fitting within the same physical and thermal envelope.

You get the "boring" density benefit, but also the BW, capacity etc. that we normally see in generational jumps.

Seems like Samsungs competitor to Microns GDDR6x?
