Since I discovered GDevelop5 I'm still looking into game engines for a 2D game. I'm not 100% convinced of the current state of #GDevelop5 and I'm worried I'm running into limitations.
Kind of want to avoid #Unity. It feels like this untameable monster of software. On the other hand there should be tons of support. But my noob brain wants to work with something like #Godot. Also because it's open source. What's your experience? What would you recommend to someone getting into game development?♻️
