Google Docs only allows INTERNAL LINKS to HEADINGS and BOOKMARKS. @ericcurts thinks it's easier to use HEADINGS. (Plus, I think it's great to teach students about how to structure documents with HEADINGS, so that's a bonus!)

(On MacOS, you can hold down CONTROL - COMMAND to bring up the Emoji keyboard!)

How do you get rid of the left-hand white-space in a gdoc? I just don't want to see it/have it take up space at times.

Use case: I do side-by-side windows during 1:1 calls. 30% is the video call window, 70% is my main browser for shared 1:1 notes, etc.

Are there any decent ways to version control the contents of a #Google Doc? (Dismissing the built-in feature as insufficient).
