im using a Greaseweazle v4 and multi-format Mitsumi D509V3 that support both DD and HD, and both rpms.

afaik, DENSEL could be used to signal the density from the controller, so it’s maybe possible to patch a firmware and a host tool instead of moving density selection jumper every time

For many people is just a name on a screen. For a geek and a former hacker, changing my username on my main computer is a huge step.

I've used the same username since ~1995, basically since Linux 0.99p.

I've experimented with my new username with my spare computer, but that's my main one. Probably leaving my deadname username behind is as much as important as a Deed Poll.
