#geekness #webindustry #itindustry #staffing question: do you work for an employer that is at least at this level of website/system traffic: about 30 million site sessions per month; about 1 million unique visitors a month ; approx 5 million total endusers ; many millions of emails (opt-in) bulk-sent to users per month. if you do work for such an organization, how big is the (paid) tech team that keeps all that running, and if you want please also leave comments additionally: do any of these techs also have ongoing dev responsibilities (building new stuff)? I'm trying to convince my boss that we need to hire more techs....
