Prompted by a data breach that occurred on March 20, #Italian data protection agency, known as #Garante, accused OpenAI o “unlawful” collection o personal data — against #EU’s #GeneralDataProtectionRegulation ( #GDPR ) — & the absence of age verification system 4 minors.
Correspondingly, it ordered the #US-based company to cease offering access to #ChatGPT in the country.
Now, Garante has announced nine measures #OpenAI must comply with for the ban to be lifted.
