Question for the #weightlifting community:
I’ve used iPhone apps to track workouts, but I’m unhappy with updates and interoperability as the tools interfere with weekly routines. I’m sufficiently experienced enough to do my own exercise tracking and planning on paper. What are some good resources (books or templates) to build a training program? My primary goals are #FunctionalStrength and #GeneralFitness for longevity, as well as +35 adult #baseball
