It was rather the combination of living in #pandemic #fear, #lockdowns, #GAD (#generalized #anxiety #disorder) and, coincidentally, #burnout.
What happened is that I felt like relaxing after the workday by diving into #Instagram and #Ambient TV #Series (think 'Emily in Paris' and 'Superstore' and 'Community'). I eventually lost the will to #focus.
