Question, does anyone suffer from "White coat syndrome?" Fear of going to Dr & into medical facility for yourself?

I never used to but over the past 10 years it's become bad. I found a new Dr last April (and embarrassed to admit) I still haven't gotten my bloodwork (basic) done yet. Not afraid of needles, results- because that's how my mind rolls.

Last time I went to Dr. BP was UP & took it again when Dr. was done, it was normal.
