@greg_harvey The number of broken #EV charging points in the UK is insane and disappointing. Several local ones to me have been broken for well over a year. #GeniePoint (#Equans) being one of the worst offenders. I keep meaning to find time to write to the local authority who runs the carparks they are in and complain. Complaints to GeniePoint seem to get scripted replies and no actual action.

#FFS Just received an email from GeniePoint that their GenieFlex car charging prices changed from yesterday, due to  "Energy Bill Relief Scheme came to an end on the 31st March which means the cost of electricity supplied to our charge points has significantly increased."
From 08:00 - 19:59 price will be 98p per kWh
From 20:00 - 07:59 price will be 88p per kWh

Nightmare journey to Beaumaris in our Nissan Leaf. Now waiting for the RAC because we haven't been able to charge the car on the way.
Stopped at 2 Macdonald's where only 1 #InstaVolt working and people ahead of us saying 1 hour wait.
2 #Osprey not working. 1 #GeniePoint not working. 2 #Swarco wouldn't accept our contact less payment. Now #Podpoint at #Lidl not working.
We ignored 3 #Ecotricity points as they haven't worked for months.
Only 5 miles range left, 18 miles to Bangor Osprey charger.

Just spent the last half hour touring Bromsgrove looking for a working car charger. We’re poorly served by public charging from #geniepoint finally got a charge in Sanders Park and now watch yesterday’s Ireland/SA rugby on catch up.
Need also to keep an eye on the time. They close the gates at 7pm.
