So today is #GenocideAwareness day. iIt seems that it is focused on the atrocities committed by the nazis against the Jewish people. While we must never forget this and it is critical we continue to speak out against anti-semitism, there are other historical atrocities that must be addressed as well. It is estimated that nearly 56 million indigenous people in the Americas were killed by the colonization by Europeans. Then there is the genocide of the Palestinians. No one wants to discuss that.
