Funny how it doesn't mention funding. Nonprofit budgets are not infinite. For orgs under $5M, career pathways are going to be short because staff development is going to hit a funding wall, whether for execs or frontline folks.

We can't disconnect this conversation from the stalled convo about #overhead and #GenOp funding from philanthropy.
