Catching myself up on a #manga called Reincarnated As An Aristocrat With An Appraisal Skill. (I thought about hashtagging all that but decided against). It's an isekai series, but closer in structure and tone to #GensouSuikoden where your protag recruits exceptional people to help fight in a war where the enemy can often be cartoonishly unscrupulous but the stakes nevertheless are well-grounded.
