I continued my practice with using image buffers from yesterday, and came up with a scheme that allowed me to weave varied threads together. This setup will allow for more realistic threads, but I think it already achieves a pretty cool effect. It wasn't too tough to make different weave types either. I played with randomized palettes a bit. It takes a while to render higher thread counts, so I set the default lower.

Made a pattern today to represent a textile. Changed the orientation of the "threads" depending on their placement in the grid. Then used linear interpolation to blend the cyan and pink colors over time. Made in p5js
