#GenXr with emotionally unavailable mother so left to defend for myself in a hostile environment welcome #CPTSD.
Spinal cord injury in 1986 horse riding. Had to learn to walk again.
A single mom in the 1980s oh what fun that was.
20 years on the corporate sector.
Then 13 years in aged care ending 2021 where the pandemic burnt me out.
Still riding and competing in #dressage as a disabled rider on my Welsh pony until the pandemic.
Now Studying Counselling. Loving it.
Unemployed currently because there seems to be plenty of work but not if your disabled🙈🙉🙊

New mum to a #jackrussell Buffy.
