As a web framework author, I was deeply saddened when the morally dubious question (will this be used for undue censorship?) became a certainty (it's now a matter of self-defence) with the invasion.

Il y a quelques mois j'ai découvert une très bonne radio pop Japonaise qui émettait aussi sur le web. Mais malheureusement après quelques semaines/mois, l'accès depuis une IP hors-Japon ne permet que d'entendre en boucle un message indiquant que la diffusion est impossible (pour des questions de droits j'imagine). 🗾
Quel serait le moyen le plus simple et le moins cher pour contourner (hem) cette limitation ?
