When George Orwell started dobbing in "communists" and "fellowtravellers" to the UK authorities later in life, it wasn't because he'd stopped supporting the left. He hadn't even given up on the ideals of communism. Ideals that had led him to join the UK communist party, and then travel to Spain to defend the socialist revolution from Franco's fascists, fighting with the POUM, shoulder to shoulder with Trotskyists and anarchists.

@ose_rouge für mich liest es sich aber so, das eine kleine skrupelose Minderheit, es schaft mit agressivem Auftreten, die Mehr einzuschüchtern und mundtot zu machen. Ist das nicht auch sowas ähnliches, was #GeorgeOrwell scheinbar in seinem "Mein Katalonien" (muss ich noch lesen) mit den Komunisten beschrieben hat, das dann auch die Inspiration zu "Animal Farm" war?

Do these people want to overturn the Canadian system of government? Keep the system, but replace the Liberals with the NDP, the CPC, the Bloc, the Greens? Invite Mr. Trump to rule us?
