I was really looking forward to reading this year's International #BookerPrize winner, Time Shelter by #GeorgiGospodinov. But after finishing it, I feel like I was born in the wrong place or time to really appreciate it, not knowing like 95% of the historical references. Do any #bookstodon folks have recommendations of what Gospodinov book to read next, perhaps to help me grasp some of his Bulgarian references?
