We have discovered a problem in the place name search of the Map in #NeoFinder.
The OpenStreetMap-Server that NeoFinder uses for this feature, has started to return a slightly different data reply format, which NeoFinder did not recognize.
We have added code to NeoFinder today so that this will work again.
If you use this feature of the NeoFinder Map, please contact us for a developer version of #NeoFinder8 with that fix.

36 followers · 215 posts · Server nerdculture.deDidn't use it often, but function of gps4cam app to geotag pics from any camera (including film cameras) was really useful at times. The app is apparently gone, can't reinstall after factory reset of phone.
Are there any alternatives? All I'm seeing are pointless "add geotag to smartphone pics" apps (default camera app does that).
Boosts appreciated to reach more #photographers.

I'm looking for an #ImageViewer (Android, Linux, Windows) that allows me to see the #ViewDirection of a #geotag|ged photo on a map.
I've read that #Picasa used to offer this, but I'd prefer a maintained and ideally #OpenSource software.
Any ideas?
