…in my less than humble opinion, call it MedBay/Medical/Reconstruction/MedReCon …something similar - it IS (supposed to be) a facility that specialises in medical / reconstructive services!

Maybe she is looking at reactivating facilities on Alderney - developed by the #Germans in World War Two and described perhaps unfairly as a "concentration camp" - which do it seems have the capacity to house large numbers of unwanted people under conditions which might serve as a deterrent!

One of the weirdest features was the extraordinary shift in #British occupation policy so that within just a couple of years #rationing of #bread was introduced in the #uk - which had not happened during WWII - to enable #germans in the #british zone to be fed more or less adequately.
