I've locked myself in all day because I might be infected with covid and i want to protect my husband. So I've stayed in my bedroom. But to avoid getting stir-crazy i went for a walk. Nearby is a small forest and it is generally totally deserted in the evening, I often go there for evening walks. Tonight it was also raining so i felt sure if being alone

Staying inside after a potential covid infection

#GetTheFCKOutside met this lovely friendly calico kitty. She was very cuddly and fluffy. No collar and sneezing though with a dripping nose. I always worry these cats are strays. The neighbourhood is so densely populated it’s hard to keep track. I met a lady who feeds her every day #CatsOfMastodon

I thought yesterday that I had fully recovered from covid but today I feel very very tired below my usual baseline, so my guess is I haven’t. My #mecfs experience with viruses tells me to rest & not push it so no #GetTheFCKOutside today. Still trying to get up the energy again to hang up the washing after doing some other minor chores in the last 90 minutes. Please send batteries!!

My energy and motivation is low, the planned trip to the pool was too much

So I've gone to the gym. Feels slightly more accessible today

Because i was on my bike i had to get off esp to take pictures and i choose a a dry spot under the bridges

I've studied #philosophy but my mind got wrecked by #depression and #psychosis and i no longer have the concentration to study
I like #cooking #baking #swimming and cheering people up with absurdistic comments .
I am hoping to introduce the Twitter hashtag #GetTheFckOutside as a way to gently prod/encourage people to go outside when they feel they want to but it is hard. (Non-judgemental!)
