But first I need a relaxing shower and to celebrate a win.
I'm under 350lbs for the first time in like 18months.
I'm staring at getting under 330 in the next couple months and it feels VERY doable.
If I manage it - it will be the first time I've been under 330 since Oct of 2019.

As you might know, i am using Openlittermap.com to register all the litter that i find and pick.
There is also an app for that but i like web better.
Tonight we had our weekly #OpenLitterMap (OLM)-meetup, (open to all people that use or work on OLM) and was a nice one again,
Talked about new places where it could be used, talked about the Littercoin and my favorite, we did some coding, trying to make the app easier (i prefer web for that reason but new users use app mostly)

I found so far that I'm more tired but I'm also far more focused on the task at hand IF I take the time to organize my thoughts first.
I used to simply write down the list of things to do and accumulate them and get overwhelmed by the number of tasks to accomplish.
Now, while not perfect, it's already far better to choose and decide and just do.
The thinking part was fine so far but it just led to analysis paralysis. It's not as hard now.
I also found lately that time seemed to go by more slowly. Waking up early sure helps for that but when you find yourself thinking it's 8 PM when it's 5, that's pretty cool. Sure, it's winter right now but you know what I mean :)

Did 1.25 in 15’20” on the elliptical this morning in my continuing effort to rehab. It’s not the distance or the time that I’m proud of, it the fact that I didn’t feel like those were my last steps ever on earth. So maybe I’m improving?

Doctor gave me 3 sick days. I spent the whole morning in bed after breakfast. My temperature was around 38 when I woke up, but after meds and sleep, it's 36.9, even after 6 hours. The muscle pain is gone too.
I've been super-duper depressed for several weeks now in case anyone is wondering why I haven't been...um...tooting more. 🙃
Thankfully, I started with a new therapist last week. Fingers crossed. 🤞🏽

Wouldn't it make the world a better place if we saw mental health issues as person plus environment instead of just person?
I don't have problems with stress in all environments and lifestyles but I do in general. Getting better is then about finding the right environment, both for your body and your mind. Perhaps, this means a new mate, a new location, or even just a new perspective or frame of mind. Most new work is stress and so I work smart, not hard.
