Took a fall today while hiking near a waterfall. I knew it was a bad idea to try and get closer to it, but come on. How many waterfalls does one get to see up close?

Landed on my ass, slid sideways down another small incline, and landed on my ass again. No real damage apart from my ego and some minor scrapes on my leg, but Jesus H. tap-dancing Christ my ass hurts. I’m okay if I sit or lie down, but when I get up I damn near see stars. #OutsideIsNotForMe #GettingTooOldForThisShit

I have not been watching the #WorldCup. I'm not motivated because of the whole Qatar issue, but also because I prefer to play or coach, rather than passively watch while some millionaires have all the fun.

Oh boy I'm out of shape. Half an hour of gardening this evening. Pulled up a few weeds and then spent maybe 15 minutes using the hoe to break up some of the soil between the plants on the borders. My hands are shaking and my arms are feeling cramp already. Yeah, that's enough for now.
