#GFS for 9/23/2023 (towards the end of the run, which is often fantasyland) throwing up this #hurricane hitting #NYC. NOT RELIABLE this far out, but worth watching. #NYwx

***NOT reliable*** but out at the end of the #GFS run there's a big spinning thing off the coast of North Carolina on 9/23/23. The forecasts that far off are not very accurate. But definitely keep an eye out. #NCwx #VAwx #cyclone #hurricane

So far all the recent #GFS runs have a large, powerful hurricane bearing down on #Halifax next week. It's a lot way out still for forecasts, but I wonder how much #hurricane preparedness is a priority up there? (they do get a lot of weather, in general). #Canada

#GFS currently putting Lee as a hurricane near #NewEngland next week. Also, #Halifax also a possible impact area. Hoping not, but watching the models #Lee #HurricaneLee - time for early hurricane prep on the East Coast, before any rush.

It not even September yet and i'm going to need therapy because of this hurricane season.

This could be nothing, could change, odds could be a million to one (this morning's hype and clickbait on social doesn't help). But tell that to my anxiety.

Also this doesn't take anything away from the REAL danger happening now. Be safe.

Hmm, this may be normal or the #GFS weather model smoking something (tail end of the forecast), but pretty nifty giant circular wind pattern showing fo 8/2/2023 (I don't pay attention to that part of the ocean much).
