In 2016/17, as a Global Governance Futures fellow, I worked with a group of highly inspiring people on a #foresight scenario that suggested that there will be a growing movement of folks who actively choose to disconnect from digital spaces. The reception from policymakers and other experts was lukewarm, at best. “Unrealistic and improbable.”
