Done the heavy lifting as part of my #wordpress blog failier and subsequent migration to #ghostcrm this evening.

This is how I took the backup of Wordpress which wouldn't restore and extracted the posts and images from it using #bash on my #chromebook running #mysql and #phpmyadmin

Just notes, might help someone.
