There are tons of #GhostKitchens here in San Jose.

How to know if your ordering from one:

- The name is too cute but half to be a real restaurant. “Super Mega Dilla" and "Thrilled Cheese" are two from #IHop but they're all "witty" so as to catch your eye.

- if they won't let you pick up in person, that's a pretty good sign.

Ghost kitchens are extra easy to spot on delivery services on Thanksgiving morning when almost everyone else is closed. Especially when 22 restaurants are stacked in one location.
