First standing rib roast I've ever cooked. A bit on the rare side, but nothing insane. Turned out damned good.
The potatoes are yukon gold with sour cream and a chive and garlic monterrey jack. The cheese recommended by the cute cheese monger lady at the King Soopers who always flirts with me.
The peas are a family recipe: butter, fresh garlic and good olive oil.
Not too shabby for a first time.
