Anyone know how to contact #giffgaff when the customer's phone is broken? Their website insists on 2FA which is kinda tricky without a functioning phone

Realised I need a bit more mobile data when using my #EV for Android Auto.
Switched over from #giffgaff to #smarty, including PAC code to transfer number.

All quite painless.

And now have 4Gb data and unlimited calls & texts, with a £1 per month saving. Can't be bad 👍

@JustineSmithies I have been with GiffGaff for about 6 years or so. Really happy with them. It's easy, cheap and reliable*.

* they use O2 network, so are only as reliable as O2. But, for me, they've been great. Ymmv
