One of the perks of being a #gifted (I don't like the term but lack of a better one) #HSP is that I catch most of the feeling and dynamic in the room. It's not an outside observation but rather that a feeling.

It is useful in social situation situations, but sometime, it is a real difficulty when they are tension in a group. Even if I'm not directly concerned, I'm still deeply affected and people think that I am overreacting. :harold:
