For many years I donated blood. And now I am on the receiving end. I’ve lost count of the number of transfusions. Today I need 2 units of RBC and 1 of platelets. There are so many others sitting here today, the day after Christmas.
Be kind. The effort is in taking the time and getting to the blood bank. The rest is a piece of cake.
