cause the apples come to the store in a cardboard box, and the the people in the store have to load the totes one by one

also the #local #farm #GingerGold #Apples I just bought are crap: mealy and zero flavor

what a rip off

might be due to the super rainy summer we have had in the #boston area, the apples never got a chance to develop any flavor
