Kid's team played a sled hockey team last weekend and got stomped (not unexpected as it's not their usual method of getting around)

The kids all had fun. It really makes you appreciate how some disability can disappear with appropriate accommodations. (I'm sure I'm saying that really badly). Sled hockey is a skilled game that's fun to watch.

The neighboring girls hockey org had their senior night yesterday, and played kid's team twice. Half the kids, including one of the two seniors, used to drive 2 hours each way to play in the org kid plays in. So they're even newer and less established.

They put on a good show, hosted a try hockey free day, invited everyone to the game. The stands were full.
