"no operators found in channel stable of package openshift-gitops-operator".

This is the error I got when installing cert-manager #operator on an #openshift test cluster. 2 hours later I know: there is no 'stable' channel for #gitops-operator any longer, there is 1.8, 1.9, etc. and 'latest'.

And according to various bug trackers there are issues with caching and operator lifecycle manager.

2 hours.

"How did we get here?

During a routine #GitOps repository cleanup a subdirectory containing yaml manifests that create our namespaces was moved to directory not visible by ArgoCD. From Argo’s perspective, the directory and yaml manifests no longer existed so it went to do its job and clean things up. Had the directory just contained the manifests for the Helm deployments, this would have been okay as the Persistent Volume Claims..."

Nemyslím že by @xChaos měl trpělivost neco takového udělat a ja nemám trpělivost ho neco takovýho učit.

(Samotná fukncionalita je na par řádek, ale práce bude aby takový tweak prezil i aktualizaci na novou verzi mastodonu. ideálně udelat si fork s vlastnimi úpravami a ty backportovat oproti upstreamu. Tedy trochu toho #GitOps a #CiCD)
