A very #merryChristmas Eve to you all. The 24th December is the big festive day in Sweden. Agneta, my wife, and I are celebrating with her two sisters.Three types of salmon, 2 types of pickled herring, Christmas ham and pork ribs, potatoes, 4 different cheeses - and a plate of my home made Christmas mincepies (not pictured). Home-made beer (Christina's) and shop bought snaps (OPAnderssons). I took the photo before the meal, now it's afterwards.
