Another year, another retreat with my cell group at Gladstone's Library. it's a difficult one this time for me, now humanist, couldn't bring myself to join them in the chapel this morning.

#today I’m in the middle of a streaming cold feeling bad as you do, not wanting to pass it on (my husband’s just coming out of his). It’s bad timing.

This past week after over a month’s absence I pushed myself to one of the best Libraries anywhere #gladstones (in NWales) to get back to finishing the book I have inside my head, desperate to get out.

I needed a fair bit of mental persuasion to get back there. Some readers were coughing, none of us with masks. Then on Thursday evg it started. 🤧
