The situation with #Glassdoor is strange. I say its content is much less trustworthy as it was, for both sides (meaning both good and bad reviews), and it is worsened by the recent #layoffs.

While it isn't "the determining factor" in my purchase #decisions, it plays a significant role.
If I find that I can purchase something comparable from a company whose #employees seem to love their #employer or from one whose employees are miserable - I'm going to choose the happy making company.

Protip for HR doing fake reviews: don't make dozens of them with 5 stars and variations of "AMAZING PLACE TO WORK". Make a good mix of 3 and 4 stars with believable Cons. Otherwise it just looks sketchy.
