What I'm presuming is an original, and rather beautiful, acid-etched window design on the former Garnethill branch of the Glasgow Savings Bank on New City Road. It was created by Neil C Duff and was built in 1909.

Here's a basilica from the town down the road. Never been inside, but the outside is stunning!
Portions of the building date back as far as 1858, though the majority of it was constructed in 1913.

Part 3 of tonight's #toots
2 more test pieces, this time a slightly cooler tack fuse at 745c.
I happier with the textures on these pieces as they are more pronounced.
Stringers could still have more definition to them, so another test firing will happen as somepoint over the next few days, this will be at 730c
Stringers are small diameter glass rods.
The heart shape is made from frit which is crushed glass pieces.

Trial glass fusing number 2.
This is tack fused as apposed to full fuse.
Fired at a temperature 40c lower at around 760c.
Pieces fused are stringers,frit,confetti and pre made balls of glass.
Blue piece added to see how several layers take.
It is just a test piece but I really like how it came out.
The stringers are melted a little to much for my liking, so look out for the next #toot
