I like to spray on a layer of snow white #porcelain over a clay body which can better handle the stress of #raku firing. This piece, with an #Arizona #petroglyph design, is glazed with my Fat White Crackle #formula:

The photorealistic image is a paper cutout made with a projected transparency. I soak the thick paper in paraffin so it won't absorb glaze.
