#Ford West End in #GlenAllen holds a meeting for salew now. I've been sitting here since 8am and it's almost 12 and my car sits in their service dept and people are petting themselves on their backs. What kind of fucked up culture are we living now ? The touch screen does not work as it supposed to be and this is going to cost me a full day of waiting. Kudos to the local management of this branch !
