Extra-features (disabled by default) is somewhat confusing in #Fedilab.
This option allows to enable features that #Mastodon doesn't support (quotes, reactions, submit messages in a specific format, etc.)
But softwares like #Pleroma, #Akkoma, #GlitchSocial, #FireFish don't support (currently) same features.

We plan to use #NodeInfo to automatically enable features depending on the user's instance (ie: software).

We will implement reactions for #Firefish and #GlitchSocial. Maybe one day #Mastodon will implement them too (outside announcements).

I'm quite pleased with this. I just upgraded my instance to run the Glitch Social fork of Mastodon, and now I can add markdown formatting to my toots.

Is there a way to set the default visibility for replies to "unlisted"?

Seems like the answer is "no" for the instance [1], but at least one app (FediLab) does allow for this.

Looking for examples of "#flavours+skins" for #GlitchSocial mastodon.
I would like to see the posibility of changing the layout of a profile page.

tldr - gargon et al being arbitrary (again), people are mad about (again), this too will pass (eventually).

(...and #glitchSocial will likely just make it an optional toggle so more people switching off mainline, probably overall net good for fedi health.)
