I seem to have narrowed down the Mac networking bug where the network randomly stops working for 10 minute stretches to the Global Connect VPN client.

Setting up an Ubuntu VPN that I can use as an SSH tunnel to get to the resources I need to access WITHOUT playing the guessing game of when I'm going to get disconnected from a Zoom call (again).
