Erklärt aber auch, dass z. B. die USA nicht so massiv eingreifen wie sie könnten, z. B. durch Störung von #Glonass (das russische "GPS", das die Einweg-Drohnen ins Ziel leitet).

GPS receivers have come a long way.
Here's a Garmin GPS 76 from 2002, struggling to get a fix with its large internal rolled PCB antenna, seeing 3 GPS satellites. I had to go outside and got a fix after several minutes there.
Next to it my 2021 phone, picking up 9 GPS satellites (and a bunch of Russian ones the Garmin doesn't know about), which took it mere seconds. That's presumably with a ceramic antenna hidden underneath a touchscreen display.

The leap second’s time is up: world votes to stop pausing clocks
'Representatives from Canada, the United States and France were among those at the CGPM who called for the leap second to be scrapped before 2035. But Russia, which voted against the proposal, wants to push back the date to 2040 or later to deal with technical issues in its satellite-navigation system, GLONASS.'
I wonder if it would affect Galileo too?
