Jalapeno Cheese Crackers
Place mounds of shredded cheese on parchment paper.
Add spices: I used garlic powder, oregano, (ran out of parsley), & smoked paprika.
Add a jalapeno slice if you enjoy heat with your crunch.
Bake in preheated 400F oven for 10 - 12 minutes.
Let cool. Use spatula to lift off parchment paper.
