There's some decent singing: Stephanie Wake-Edwards and Ayreh Nussbaum Cohen give the best performances as Ino and Athamas.

My Guardian review of Mariame Clément's new production of Don Giovanni to opens this year's Glyndebourne season.

It's short on sensuality and demonic fire in places, and I was less than overwhelmed by it, though Andrey Zhilikovsky is oh so sexy in the title role .......
