Seit 2020 (4 Ob 119/20h) befürwortet der österreichische OGH den “any hardware”-Ansatz bei #Gebrauchsmuster. Letzterer führt dazu, dass #Technizität in 2 Schritten geprüft wird – erster bei Anmeldung, zweiter bei Prüfung der erfinderischen Tätigkeit, welche, wenn überhaupt, nach der Registrierung stattfindet. Eine solche Aufspaltung widerspricht dem GMG.

Mediagoblin is finally working on my #GuixSD machine!

Okay, I admit that it isn't very hard to do, but it took me way longer than it should have so I'm giving myself a pat on the back.

Looking through the #Mediagoblin source code. I didn't think I was /this/ unfamiliar with #Python!

Guix machine is having a hard time (it got to a point where it tells me "I need a Python module but I won't print the name of the missing module. Give it to me! No ball. Only throw.")

My Mint machine has a local #GMG webserver up and running, so at least that's progress.

I only read half the #ActivityPub W3C standard so far. It's kind of starting to make sense... Kind of.
