The home QTH is in rural Illinois, so there isn’t much activity on #GMRS here. I was in Joliet, Illinois earlier this week, and put the #GMRSradio in “scan” mode. I was expecting more activity, but was surprised to hear just how active the GMRS community is in that area. Cool to hear the GMRS repeaters in action too.
