Got myself a @PINE64 #pinephonepro and have to say, it's cool as shit.

But the real reason for this post.. mobile shells. Sorry, but I've never liked plasma. And phosh is cool and all, but what I'm really interested in is #gnomeonmobile. I've just built myself a #manjaroarm image with gnome shell for mobile. Sure, it's very rough around the edges, but looks promising.

Any #gnome devs here? I want to get involved - be it testing or even shell development, but I wouldn't know where to start.

@adamos Can you elaborate on this, please? I don't have a lot of bluetooth hardware and connecting that is no more difficult than it is on Android or iOS on both #PlasmaMobile and #GNOMEonMobile. If I should ever travel again somewhere where great landscapes need to be photographed I will do that (it's unlikely before 2022 too though). Regarding performance: That differs depending on the distribution, just watch my old videos (https://linmob.net/videos/). What's WiFi direct?

Tooting from #SailfishOS, as I decided to keep using it despite the video being done. One really nice feature others (e.g. #gnomeonmobile/#phosh and#plasmamobile) should copy is the paste button that's on the keyboard whenever there's something in clipboard. #PinePhone

If you want to contribute to @purism #fundyourapp challenge, please help putting Calendar back on the top. A missing phone adjusted Calendar app is the greatest missing app in the #GNOMEonMobile ecosystem. On the other hand, #PureMaps is already awesome and I doubt that Firefox can get much better than it already is with "firefox-mobile-config" without massive effort.

@gnome Yes, for me it's mostly about #GNOMEonMobile (although I use GNOME on my "regular" computers too).
